Relationships hold the potential for great learning, mythic challenges and immense joy. They are compelling, delightful and impossible. If there's anything that we can learn about ourselves, its through relationship.
In this two day workshop/lab, we will explore the levels and phases of relationship from a process-oriented perspective through theory, reflection, and experiential activities. Participants will learn to unfold experiences in relationships at the intrapsychic, interpersonal and transpersonal levels, enhancing our ability to work with tension and deepen interactions. We will focus on supporting different viewpoints and experiences in relationship, allowing them to interact, as a way to bring fluidity to polarized dynamics and support sustainable solutions.
This approach is useful for facilitating couples, family members, colleagues, etc. We will draw upon our own experiences to harness the creative potential in the moments when we feel stuck. This facilitative force enhances our ability to work with relationships.
