This module introduces the Metavision model for Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy

Module Description

This module covers the historical roots of counselling and psychotherapy with emphasis on the work of Carl Jung as a foundation to Psychology, Rudolf Steiner and his notion of the spiritual human being and Arnold Mindell on body awareness the dream body and body psychotherapy.

This module introduces the holistic human being and develops a model for Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy that is the foundation of all work going forward, then goes on to focus on the linking of inner and outer experience and the development of inner awareness, cementing the all-important relationship between body, soul and spirit.
