This module examines the evolution of consciousness and applies that knowledge in the context of the holistic framework

Module Description

This module examines consciousness and its evolution including studies of ‘self’, ‘ego’ and other concepts. Topics covered include: typology – constitution, temperament and personality; the relationship of consciousness to soul, emotions and the energetic and physical bodies; and the subtle energies of body, soul, spirit and psychology. An additional emphasis is placed on the roles of the different elements when practising holistic counselling and psychotherapy and their possible uses in the future of holistic health.
